Returns & Exchanges

At Surpas, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
